This month's Conscious Creativity Circle will see us 'sea-sitting' - strolling down to the ocean from our home at The Beehive Studio and taking in the wisdom of the waves from the beach. We'll also create land art together and later explore our own inner landscape through movement back at the studio...and, of course, tea and healthful cake. All welcome.

The Conscious Creativity Circle happens on the third Friday of every month. I'm also currently in the process of building my new website and updating my teaching schedule for yoga and creativity and Kahuna bodywork sessions.
